Presentation ROI MasterClass Agreement,
Terms & Conditions
The following AGREEMENT and TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to change at any time and at
the sole discretion of the Site owner and operator. Please visit the site regularly for updates.
Agreement
Take the time to read this, please! You will get way more out of the Presentation ROI
MasterClass™ (Program), and it is essential that we are on the same page when working
together as Client (you) and our Executive Communication Coaches (Heroic Voice
Academy PBC).
RESPONSIBILITY
* Our Coaches will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results
and desired outcomes.
* You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.
* Our Coaches will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and
advice based on their own experience, training, and the information appropriate
* You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Presentation Gym™ workout sessions are conducted with other Program
participants. Please do not present content that requires a non-disclosure agreement.
If you need to rehearse confidential content, please speak with our team to create a
Private MasterClass for you and your organization.
SCHEDULING
All MasterClass Sessions are scheduled in advance.
The 12 Message Composition sessions (via zoom) are scheduled on Wednesdays, 8-9am
PST.
The Presentation Gym workout sessions (via zoom) are available 3 times per week. Client
may choose 1 per week:
●Wednesday, 5-6pm PST
●Thursday, 8-9am PST
●Thursday, 12-1pm PST
●Thursday, 8-9am PST
●Thursday, 12-1pm PST
You are responsible for:
●Attending all Message Composition sessions, or watching the recorded micro-
trainings before your Presentation Gym workout.
●Attending 1 Presentation Gym workout per week.
In the case of a missed workout, you are responsible for submitting a recorded
video of your presentation by the end of that week.
TASKING
Tasks are assigned to elevate your message delivery skills. It is advisable to take
responsibility for your assignments and keep yourself accountable in pursuing your
optimal growth and development.
FREE EMAIL ACCESS
Our Coaches are available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions,
or review minor issues.
Again, there is no charge for any of the brief “catch-up emails.”
Terms & Conditions
Read these too! They are part of your agreement with the Heroic Voice Academy PBC. If
you wish to cancel the agreement and payment within five business days of your purchase
date, you may do so for a full 100% refund, minus the cost of any products delivered, such
as a pre-course coaching session. Cancelation of your Program enrollment with a 100%
refund is only possible in the period between your purchase and before your first
MasterClass session.
Notice of cancellation
All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to
ruth@heroicvoice.com
Terms of Coaching
The Program is created and sold as a whole program. It is not possible to partially
complete the Program in any way. If you are unable to complete the Program, you have the
one-time ability to re-enroll for the next Presentation ROI MasterClass with a 10%
processing fee. If client decides to quit the Program, client is not be eligible for a refund,
credit, or transfer.
Coaching Calls
Extra calls with our Coaches during the Program are at the Client’s expense and initiated
by the Client.
Payment
All Program enrollments must be paid in full before the commencement of the Program.
Program Changes
The Heroic Voice Academy PBC reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any
Program components as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in
consultation with the Client.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If at any time either the Client or our Coaches believe the Program is not serving the need
of the client or the Program participants, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the
situation before canceling the Program.
Intellectual Property
All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property
rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written
permission of the owner.
Indemnification
You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own
responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking
any physical, business, or investment actions. Client further agrees to the release and
waiver of liability clause below:
I hereby release, hold harmless and discharge forever the Heroic Voice Academy PBC,
their Executive Communication Coaches and their Board members from any and all
present and future claims, liability, and demands for property damage, personal injury,
illness, wrongful death or other damage or costs or expenses arising as a result of, or in
connection with, my participation in the Program. I agree not to sue the Heroic Voice
Academy PBC, their Executive Communication Coaches, or their Board Members in
connection with any such injury or damage as stated above. I hereby voluntarily waive any
and all claims, present and future that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, assigns
or others acting on my behalf and assume all risks arising from the Program. I further
agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Heroic Voice Academy PBC, their Executive
Communication Coaches, and their Board Members for any and all claims based on my
acts or omissions, or the acts or omissions of others, arising as a result of my participation
in this Program. I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as
permitted by Law. I affirm that I am of legal age and am freely signing this agreement
relying on my own judgment and knowledge. I have carefully read this document and
understand and acknowledge that by signing this document, I am giving up all legal rights
and remedies, which may be available to me for the acts or omissions of the Heroic Voice
Academy PBC, their Executive Communication Coaches, and their Board Members.
Agreement Section
By completing your payment to enroll in the Presentation ROI MasterClass program, you
enter into an agreement with Heroic Voice Academy PBC, and you agree to abide by the
terms and conditions set out above.
