The Message Portfolio is a set of core presentations than answer seven specific leadership questions:
- "WHO are you?" Answer this question when introducing yourself or your company. Specific situations also include the opening section of a keynote presentation or conference panel discussion.
- "WHAT is the Vision (for your audience)?" This answer is used during conference breakout sessions company strategy meetings. Other situations include presentations to potential investors, partners and sponsors.
